Return Policy

Reset print heads do not carry a warranty and cannot be returned since we are relying on your assertion that the print quality of the head is acceptable.  Resetting itself does not affect the print quality.

When available , Rebuilt print heads will carry a 1500 hour warranty which will be prorated against the hours used since the rebuild and can be returned during that time for credit or further repair at Chipism's option.  Return shipping by Chipism.
